Thank you for shopping with Baby Beachbums! We take pride in our products and make every effort to check each product for defects before shipment to ensure a fuss-free experience for you.
However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase (e.g. size, colour), we will gladly exchange your item for another if it meets all of the following criteria: -
- Notify us of your intention within 30 days of the delivery date.
- All returned swimwear and apparel must be unwashed and unused. Original tags and hygiene stickers must not be removed. For hygiene reasons, swimwear and other apparel that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted.
- All returned eyewear must be in their original condition and packaging with original tags and stickers intact. Used, scratched and damaged eyewear will not be accepted.
- We are unable to accept returned sunscreens and personal products due to hygiene and security reasons.
- All returns must be accompanied by the original sales invoice.
- If we do not receive the returned items (whether due to lost mail or otherwise), we would not be able to process the exchange. As such, please ensure that the returned item(s) are sent via registered mail or has a tracking number.
To initiate an exchange, please email email@example.com, indicating clearly: -
(i) your invoice number;
(ii) details of item(s) to be returned;
(iii) reason(s) for the return; and
(iv) details of the item(s) you would like in exchange.
We will then assign you an Exchange Tracking Number, which must be clearly written on the front of the package you return to us. We regret that we would not be able to reimburse you for any delivery costs you incur on the returned item, but we will gladly absorb any local registered mail charges on the exchange item to be delivered back to you. However, if you are making an exchange due to sizing reasons, we are glad to provide one free exchange, i.e., we will refund you (via your original payment mode) the cost of mailing the item back to us.
If you have received a wrong order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the wrong item received and the accompanying sales receipt. We will respond to you within 24 hours with a resolution. However, if the item does not meet any of the criteria set out above, please understand that we would not be able to exchange the item.
Please also understand that any return request received more than a month after delivery (based on our delivery email notification) will not be accepted.
